Open Enrollment

Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits

Open Enrollment will take place from August 10 – 21. This is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during this period will remain in effect October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (short plan year), unless you experience a qualifying life event, such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.

As we transition to a calendar year in 2027, there will be an additional Open Enrollment in November for benefit effective during the January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027, plan year.

Do I Need to Enroll?

Open Enrollment is a passive process, meaning no action is required if you wish to keep your current benefit elections unchanged. However, please note that participation in FSAs requires you to enroll or re-enroll each year.

Take Action!

If you need to enroll in a benefit for yourself or a family member, make changes to your existing elections, or participate in the FSA plans for the new plan year, you must complete the Benefit Change – Open Enrollment task by noon PT on August 21, 2026. Failure to do so will result in you and your family losing benefits coverage starting October 1, 2026.

Actions You May Take During Open Enrollment

  • Change your current coverage
  • Enroll in coverage you do not currently have
  • Add or drop a dependent
  • Enroll in the Health Care or Day Care FSA. Please Note: Your elections do not roll over from year to year. To participate, you must enroll or re-enroll each year.
